Alaska Airlines works with Recurly for customer subscription management, but they still needed a way to capture subscribers, link accounts with their rewards program, manage their onboarding, upsell third party insurance, connect them to their new benefits, and integrate everything with their internal records.
Solution
Virgo Integration's developers, UX specialists & PMs collaborated with the Alaska Airlines and Recurly teams to craft a seamless subscription flow that fits effortlessly with alaskaair.com. Customers are onboarded, automatically integrated with internal and third party databases, and instantly rewarded discounts and benefits through email. This automated system requires no engagement from Alaska Airlines employees, and provides all recorded analytics to their dashboard.
